Reminder of Boarding with Negative Nucleic Acid Test Certificate for COVID-19 for In-transit Passengers to China

I. Important information to the public 
To ensure the health and safety of international travel and reduce the risk of cross-border spread of the epidemic, in accordance with the relevant joint announcement of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China issued on 20 July 2020 and the relevant notices by the Chinese embassies or consulates in specific countries, Starting from 7 August 2020, China-bound foreign passengers departing from Dominica by transferring via those countries (https://hr.cs.mfa.gov.cn/help_two/help-two/gj.html) must apply for Health Declaration Forms after receiving COVID-19 negative certificates. All Airlines of the above-mentioned countries will check the Health Declaration Forms of relevant passengers during check-in or before boarding.
 
II. The Nucleic Acid Testing Time and Institutions 

The nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 must be taken within three days (72 hours) before final connecting flight to China. Currently the Dominica-China Friendship Hospital(Princess Margaret Hospital) is the only one designated by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Dominica for test. Please consult with health department in you own community for appointment and test.

 

III. What the foreign passengers should do ? 

Foreign passengers must send their scanned copies (Photos are NOT accepted) of passport, COVID-19 negative certificates and signed Health Declaration Form (see attachment) to the email address consulate_dm@mfa.gov.cn with the title "Nationality + Full Name + Transfering Countries + City of Entry in China". The Embassy will send back a scanned copy of Health Declaration Form with an official stamp to the passengers by email. You may also go to the Chinese Embassy to do it directly during office time. All passengers are required to board with printed Health Declaration Forms within the validity period and cooperate with airlines for further checking.
